We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To ensure eligibility, items must be in the same condition as when received unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To begin the process, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0777555290. Once your return or exchange is approved, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the item directly from your doorstep and deliver the new item. Returns without prior approval won't be accepted
